Grandchildren: A Love You Cannot Describe ❤️

People always tell you that becoming a parent changes your life forever. They are absolutely right. But no one can truly prepare you for the day you become a grandparent.

I love my children and their spouses with all my heart. Watching them become wonderful parents has been one of life's greatest blessings. Today, I have five precious grandchildren, and with numbers six and seven on the way, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.

There is simply nothing that compares to the love of a grandchild. Their laughter fills your home, their hugs melt your heart, and their little voices remind you to slow down and enjoy life's simple moments.

They don't just make you smile—they make your heart grow in ways you never thought possible.

🌱 Raising children in faith is about so much more than taking them to church every Sunday.

As parents, we face a world full of influences competing for our children's hearts and minds. Social media, friends, celebrities, trends, and different worldviews all play a role in shaping what our children believe.

But perhaps one of the biggest lessons I've learned is that faith cannot simply be inherited. Every child must eventually decide for themselves whether they will follow God.

In this article, I share my own journey of growing up in church, drifting away at times, and discovering that God's grace is always waiting for us. I also explore why it's so important to listen when our children ask difficult questions. Sometimes the greatest threat to faith isn't the questions themselves—it's when children feel no one is willing to listen.
