🌱 Raising children in faith is about so much more than taking them to church every Sunday.
As parents, we face a world full of influences competing for our children's hearts and minds. Social media, friends, celebrities, trends, and different worldviews all play a role in shaping what our children believe.
But perhaps one of the biggest lessons I've learned is that faith cannot simply be inherited. Every child must eventually decide for themselves whether they will follow God.
In this article, I share my own journey of growing up in church, drifting away at times, and discovering that God's grace is always waiting for us. I also explore why it's so important to listen when our children ask difficult questions. Sometimes the greatest threat to faith isn't the questions themselves—it's when children feel no one is willing to listen.
