South African artist Queeino has released his latest project, My Heart โ a deeply personal 17-track album that turns a real-life journey into musical storytelling. The name Queeino comes from combining his and his wifeโs middle names โ Queen and Innocent โ symbolising their shared vision.
In My Heart, Queeino takes listeners on a symbolic road trip from OR Tambo International Airport to his village Mokgapaneng in Limpopo. The opening track, Sekhukhune, celebrates the districtโs people and blessings, while tracks 2 to 14 serve as musical directions home, each step painted with rhythm, nostalgia, and pride.
The final three tracks are intimate dedications: Nombuso celebrates his wife, Kgosi honours his son, and Prayer closes the journey with faith and gratitude.
