Today my baby turned 15. I look at this witty, talented, driven, kind and wondrous young lady and am amazed. I felt her first flutter in my belly. I nurtured her beneath my heart in anticipation and expectation. The sound of her first cry, the first time I saw her sweet little face, the first time I could hold her to my breast, and the intensity of protective and overwhelming love has forever been imprinted upon my soul. Now at 15, I see this beauty, this artist, this musician. She lives with passion, she feels everything with depth, she sees the world through the tip of a paintbrush, and her voice sings the songs of hope, love and a passion that is uniquely hers. My love and pride in this beautiful girl child of mine is indescribable. Happy Birthday my Little Baby girl.
