Just a few things to keep in mind:
1.Our WhatsApp line is for orders only.
2.We do not offer refunds unless if we’ve given you something you didn’t order.
3.We do offer exchanges in terms of size. The item you wish to change must be returned to us within five days after collection. T&C’s apply.
4. We do not accept laybys.
5.If you order items more than R1500 you get free delivery.
6. Building a bag is allowed, you pay full amount for each item you want and we keep it for you just incase you don’t have delivery fee or still want to add more items (not for more than a month)
7. Our prices DO NOT include delivery fees. Delivery fees:
Small sized bags:
R60 take 7-9 days
R100 take 3-5 days
Larger sized bags:
R100 take 7-9 days
R130 take 3-5 days
8. Make use of reading captions on each post to avoid asking questions of which information is already provided on.
