Fostering leadership, self-esteem, and resilience while combating gender-based violence (GBV), stigmatization, and bullying through mentorship and peer support. Recruitment & Pairing
Target Audience: High school and college girls (ages

Pairing Approach:

University students (mentors) paired with high school students (mentees)
Matching based on shared interests, career aspirations, and personal goals
Panel discussions with women leaders

Skill-building workshops

Sustainability & Monitoring
Regular feedback and assessment

Collaborations with schools, NGOs, and community leaders

Let it be clear: persons with disabilities did not choose disability by their permission, nor did they buy it for themselves..
It is sheer inhumanity to blame them for it ir ask them to be normal ?
What is that ?
