CANCELLATION BY LA'CLAIRE CLOTHING: There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, but are not limited to, stock limitatio
ns and inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. SHIPPING: We will endeavour to have your item(s) delivered within the time estimate as stated in Delivery Information. However, as delivery is handled by a third party courier and/or postal service, we cannot guarantee that delivery will take place in this time period. Shipping costs will be R100, no matter how many items ordered. CUSTOMS: From time to time SA Customs may require additional information in respect of parcels being imported. The onus is on the buyer to provide any information required for their parcel to clear Customs. RETURNS/EXCHANGES: La'Claire Clothing are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and specifically the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT). Should the buyer wish to return or exchange a defective item, this must be done within 7 (seven) days of receipt and all additional shipping and/or postage charges shall be borne by the buyer. DEFECTS: The burden of proving defects in items will be borne by the buyer. The buyer will need to show, by way of photographic proof, that the item(s) delivered is defective. VARIATIONS IN APPEARANCE: Items on our website are worn by professional models and when received may not necessarily appear exactly the same as color and fabric appearance may vary.
