A LITTLE UPDATE TO OUR DRESS POLICY 📑

As a small business we truly value your time and we kindly ask that you value ours too 🤍 .

To make sure our dresses remain available for clients who are genuinely ready to book, we have made a few small changes to our fitting and booking process:

●NO DRESS WILL LEAVE THE STUDIO WITHOUT PAYMENT.
Once you have chosen your dress and are ready to take it, payment will need to be made before the dress leaves our premises.

● FITTINGS ARE FOR SERIOUS BOOKINGS ONLY.
We kindly ask that you only book a fitting if you are genuinely considering hiring one of our dresses. Our appointments are time set aside especially for you, and we want to give every client the attention they deserve.

● ABOUT PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Once a dress has been selected and payment has been made, your booking is confirmed and the dress is taken off our availability for you.

We completely understand that sometimes plans change or you may decide to go in a different direction however, because the dress and date have been reserved specifically for you, payments are unfortunately non-refundable should you later decide not to proceed with the booking.

We hope you understand that this policy simply helps us manage our dresses, bookings and time fairly for all our clients.
