For so long, I wondered why our landscapes, our ceremonies, our textiles, and our stories weren’t being interpreted in this way—why they weren’t living beyond memory. So I decided to do it and began..
It has been an incredible honor to present Heritage Reimagined: Living Archives at the National Museum of Botswana.
This exhibition is my love letter to home. From the cracked salt pans and the Okavango Delta to Tsodilo Hills, ceremonial blankets, woven traditions, and the hands of artisans across continents—each piece is an archive carried into the present.
Heritage is not something that should stand still behind glass. It is something we wear, reinterpret, celebrate, and pass on.

When we create from our own stories, we don’t simply preserve them—we allow them to travel, to evolve, and to inspire new generations.
Thank you to everyone who walked through these living archives with us. This is only the beginning.

What started off as a conversation with my friend asking me, “Have you ever thought about designing a Braille bag?” slowly became one of the most meaningful and mindful journeys I’ve ever taken as a designer.

I remember thinking, what? … and then I completely ran with the idea.

What followed was two years of learning, exploring texture, emotion, touch, craftsmanship, and what it truly means to design with intention.

Visiting a Braille school and seeing students interact with the bags made the experience even more personal for me. It made me reflect on how many people exist around us every day whose experiences we rarely stop to fully think about or consider deeply enough.

This collection is so special the bags are ICONIC.
