🚨 Delivery Update Important Notice 🚨

Hi everyone we want to sincerely apologise for the unexpected delay with your orders.

Our shipment with FedEx was scheduled to arrive today (Saturday, June 21st) as promised. Unfortunately, FedEx has informed us that the package was delayed in transit, and it is now only expected to reach us by Tuesday, with final delivery to you by June 24th.

We know how frustrating this is especially since we already communicated a Saturday delivery. Please know we’re doing everything in our power to speed things up and make this right.

After a challenging few weeks, the wave is finally turning.

We acknowledge the fact that you are angry, frustrated, and that some are thinking they got scammed due to some negative comments and complaints we received on Facebook. We are aware of the waiting period and the lack of communication on our side, and you have every right to be upset.

We’re aware and trying to fix and manage everything as we speak. We were not ready nor prepared for the number of people suffering from neck and back pain, or for the amount of responsibility that came with it.

We currently don’t have stock for orders placed between the 5th–11th of June, which is why our site says “pre-orders only.” We were forced to ask the manufacturer to send out orders on our behalf until we have stock another reason why it’s taking so long.

But

Inventory is estimated to arrive to us by next Friday Saturday. By then, delivery time will be estimated at a maximum of 4 days.

We would love the chance to deliver to everyone, because it really does help judging from the comments. For those who want to purchase on Temu instead, you’re welcome to do so if you believe we are the same.

We assure you that every order will be received, but it will require patience and that decision is now up to you.

If you are willing to wait with us for your order, please text this number: 069 835 1358, and include your order number. We will text and call everyone assuring you that your orders will be received and we will be tracking everything along side you.
