I wish that more people understood that some of the people carrying the heaviest pain are often the ones smiling the hardest.someone can look successful, composed,high functioning and "fine" while silently fighting battles no one sees.
ANXIETY hides behind productivity.DEPRESSION hides behind forced smiles.TRAUMA hides behind " am okay".
We live in a world that praises people for appearing strong,while quietly punishing vulnerability.. so people suffer in silence because telling the truth doesn't always feel safe . Never assume someone is well simply because they wear it well " looking fine" is not the same as healing. ....
