Pree -poo
Section hair in 4 parts and apply the hair with the pre poo l use flax seed gel
Slip before shampoo =to less breakage
Fine strands snap when dry
Apply to scalp only
No scrubbing the length
Shampoo is fir the scalp only thats where the build up is
If you are piling hair you are making knots
Then after deep conditioning
Then rinse of the deep conditioner
You moisture and seal
With leave in conditioner then then oil after use a wide tooth comb and comb the hair wont break and then put it in a protective hairstyle
