In this project, the challenge was to optimize a long narrow hallway. We presented the client with a concept that seamlessly combines three key functions: aesthetics, corporate identity, and recreation.

The concept was approved instantly. Here is a breakdown of the design solutions implemented:

Brand Integration: The walls are finished in the company’s signature corporate color, visually connecting the hallway with the overall office identity.

Physical Well-being Zone: We integrated a ceiling-mounted horizontal ladder (monkey bars) and a pull-up bar. This provides an effective solution for quick physical decompression and movement during the workday.

Interactive Features: An accent wall featuring interchangeable letter-spheres allows employees to share motivational quotes. Additionally, a wall-mounted tic-tac-toe game was introduced to encourage quick breaks.

Corporate Humor: A subtle, four-word humorous inscription was added to one of the walls to gently balance the corporate atmosphere.

As a result, we transformed a standard corridor into a hub for interaction and creative engagement. A modern office must be agile and support team productivity—this case study is a perfect example of that philosophy.

In our premium loft-style office project for Orange Offices, one of the key tasks was to create a dedicated space where employees could step away from their desks, recharge, and connect with colleagues throughout the day.

With a team of more than 25 people, it was important to design not just an efficient workspace, but also an environment that supports well-being, communication, and team culture.

At the heart of the recreation area, we placed a ping-pong table as the focal point of the space. It serves as a place for quick breaks, friendly competitions, and informal team-building activities.

To visually separate the leisure zone from the open-plan workspace while maintaining a sense of openness, we designed a custom storage unit that acts as a subtle divider. Within it, we integrated a cozy seating niche where employees can relax, watch a game, or wait for their turn.

We also incorporated a chalkboard wall that can be used to keep score, leave messages, brainstorm ideas, or simply add an interactive element to the space.

A standout feature of the area is the custom Dubai-inspired graffiti mural. Designed in line with the premium loft concept, it highlights key landmarks of the city while marking the exact location of the office, adding both character and a sense of place to the interior.

The result is more than just a break area. It’s a multifunctional space that encourages interaction, helps employees recharge, and contributes to a healthier and more engaging work environment.

Designing a premium office open space is never just about fitting desks into a room. It’s about creating a workspace where people feel comfortable, productive, and connected.
For this project, our client wanted spacious workstations, integrated storage, privacy within an open-plan environment, and a clean, premium look.
One of the biggest challenges was a structural column located in the center of the space. Instead of hiding it, we turned it into the focal point of the design.
We wrapped the column with custom-built storage units and organized the desks as radial extensions around it. This solution allowed us to maximize the available space while creating a unique design feature that gives the office its own identity.
All documents, samples, and office essentials are neatly stored within the built-in cabinetry, while cables and power connections are fully integrated into the desks, keeping every workspace organized and clutter-free.
The overall concept is completed with loft-inspired elements: exposed black ceilings, suspended curved metal grids, and industrial details that reinforce the Premium Loft character of the project.
A functional solution can also become the strongest design statement.

Проектирование премиального открытого офиса — это не просто расстановка рабочих мест, а создание пространства, в котором комфортно работать, взаимодействовать и проводить каждый день.

Главным вызовом проекта стала несущая колонна в центре помещения. Вместо того чтобы скрывать её, мы превратили её в центральный элемент дизайна, интегрировав в систему хранения и организовав рабочие места вокруг неё. Это позволило эффективно использовать пространство и создать яркий архитектурный акцент.

Все документы, образцы и офисные принадлежности скрыты во встроенных шкафах, а кабели и подключения полностью интегрированы в мебель, сохраняя чистоту и порядок на каждом рабочем месте. Концепцию дополняют элементы премиального лофта: открытые чёрные потолки, подвесные металлические конструкции и индустриальные детали, которые придают интерьеру характер и индивидуальность.

Иногда именно функциональное решение становится самым сильным дизайнерским высказыванием.

Step inside a home where classic style meets modern comfort. With the Azure Apartment project, we wanted to create a space that feels super bright, airy, and relaxing.

We introduced wooden flooring, soft textures, and a muted palette of grey, greyish blue, and olive green 🌿
No heavy panels. No visual overload.

Instead—carefully curated furniture, Scandinavian design pieces, and impressionist art that brings emotion into the space.

The direction became clear: modern Scandinavian.
Clean lines. Warm materials. Quiet sophistication.

The result?
A home where art defines the character…
and minimalism feels warm, lived-in, and deeply personal.

Self-positioning electrical outlets bring convenience into your space and help eliminate unnecessary visible cables, keeping interiors clean and functional. Thoughtful investment in bathrooms, tiles, sanitary ware, and plumbing is just as important—these are long-term decisions.
