Little Learners by Childsplay is Hiring a Playgroup teacher!
You will have experience preferably in Montessori playrooms and in running your own playgroup. This is a great opportunity to join a larger team of passionate entrepreneurs looking for an individual to support the launch and growth of a wonderful, fun and innovative playgroup that will be expanded to multiple locations and franchised.
You will lead to creative, innovate and make Little Learners a favourite place for parents and children to come to where you will ensure safe, stimulating play.

Role Description
To create an innovative and fun playgroup for children where we provide safe, high quality education and care for young children.
Main duties and responsibilities
To create a fun and innovative schedule of activities for each day at the playgroup
You have the opportunity to be creative and bring your own talents and skills to create something really unique.
You will become the face and life of the Little Learners by Childsplay.
There is a great opportunity to expand to multiple locations and train your own team to deliver the day to day.
This is an opportunity for someone super creative and passionate about education.
Your day to day duties will include;
To help set up the playspace for the daily programme, and to tidy up at the end of each session.
To act as a key worker to a small group of children, liaising closely with parents/carers and ensuring each child’s needs are met.
To report any concerns over children, parents or the safety of equipment, preserving confidentiality as necessary.
To teach children offering an appropriate level of support and stimulation.
To assist in record keeping.
To attend training and meetings when required.
To keep confidential any information regarding the children, their families or other staff which is learnt as part of the role.
To contribute to and implement all policies and procedures
To help tidy up and cleaning when required
To undertake any other duties deemed necessary
