من خلال خبرتي مع عملاء Lamcoat، لاحظت أن أكثر مشكلة يواجهها الممارسون الصحيون عند طلب المعطف الطبي هي اختيار المقاس المناسب.

لذلك في هذا الفيديو سأشارك معكم 3 خطوات بسيطة تساعدكم على اختيار المقاس الصحيح:

✅ أولًا: حدّد أسلوب اللبس الذي تفضله.
هل تفضل أن يكون المعطف بقصة أقرب للجسم (Fitted) أم بقصة أكثر راحة واتساعًا (Relaxed Fit)؟ فهذه الخطوة تؤثر بشكل مباشر على المقاس الذي ستختاره.

✅ ثانيًا: خذ قياساتك بدقة.
استخدم شريط قياس مناسب، ويفضل أن تكون القياسات بالإنش، ثم قارنها مباشرة مع جدول المقاسات المتوفر على موقع Lamcoat.

✅ ثالثًا: إذا كنت تعرف مقاساتك مسبقًا أو لديك قياسات جاهزة من الخياط، يمكنك إرسالها لنا مباشرة، وسنساعدك في اختيار أو تنفيذ المقاس الأنسب لك.

That’s why in this video, I’m sharing 3 simple steps to help you find your perfect fit:

✅ First: Decide on your preferred fit.
Do you prefer a more fitted lab coat or a relaxed, roomier fit? This is the first step in determining the size that will work best for you.

✅ Second: Take your measurements accurately.
Use a proper measuring tape, preferably in inches, and compare your measurements with the Lamcoat size chart available on our website.

✅ Third: If you already have your measurements or have them taken by a tailor, simply send them to us, and we’ll help you choose or create the most suitable size for you.

قد تبدو جيوب المعطف الطبي مجرد تفصيل صغير، لكنها تحمل الكثير من العادات اليومية التي تميز كل ممارس صحي.

فبين الأقلام والملاحظات والأدوات الأساسية، تختلف اختياراتنا وتبقى لكل منا طريقته الخاصة في تنظيم يومه.

أما بالنسبة لي، فأفضل أن تبقى جيوب المعطف فارغة دائمًا.

✅ قد تختلف التخصصات وتتنوع بيئات العمل، لكن يبقى جيب المعطف الطبي مساحة تعكس أسلوب كل ممارس صحي في تنظيم يومه.

✅ فالبعض يحرص على حمل الأقلام والملاحظات في كل جولة، وآخرون يفضلون الاحتفاظ بالأدوات الأساسية التي يحتاجونها باستمرار، بينما يعتمد البعض على جيوب المعطف كمساحة عملية تسهّل عليهم التنقل والعمل بكفاءة خلال اليوم.

✅ أما بالنسبة لي، فالأمر مختلف قليلًا. على الرغم من أهمية الجيوب في المعطف الطبي، إلا أنني أفضل أن تبقى فارغة دائمًا. أشعر أن ذلك يمنحني راحة أكبر أثناء الحركة، ويحافظ على المظهر المرتب والمنظم للمعطف طوال اليوم.
