أُتيحت لي الفرصة للعمل عن قرب مع عدة علامات تجارية من خلال جلسات إرشاد عبر الإنترنت، حيث ساعدتهم على تطوير أفكارهم، واختيار الأقمشة المناسبة، والمضي قدمًا في رحلة الإنتاج الخاصة بهم.

هالأسبوع كله كان عن الـ contrast.

من رولات الأقمشة وأرض المصانع…
إلى الابتكار، التفكير التصميمي، والتكنولوجيا.

من شغلي ويا المصممين وبناء الأنظمة…
إلى الوقت اللي قضيته ويا اولادي يوسف و مصطفى ، وإعادة ترتيب نظرتي.

بالبداية تحسهم عوالم مختلفة تماماً.
بس الحقيقة؟ مو هيج.

كلشي مرتبط.

الأقمشة تعلّمك الصبر.
الإنتاج يعلّمك النظام.

هو اكثر من مجرد فلم
كان تنبيه ناعم بس قوي 👀

كلنا نحب الفاشن…
بس مو الكل يتحمّل حقيقتها:
ضغط، سرعة، تفاصيل ما ترحم… وغلط واحد يبيّن كل شي.

الفاشن مو بس شكل حلو.
هي قرارات… شغل… وبزنس لازم ينفهم.

وأغلب البراندات ما توقف لأن ما عندها ذوق—
توقف لأنها داخلة السوق بدون استعداد.

حب الفاشن حلو…
بس إذا ما تعرفين تمشينها صح — هي تتعبج.

الفرق مو بالموهبة… الفرق بالجاهزية.

If I took a brand under my mentorship today, here’s what I’d do in 5 steps.

I stop marketing — the message isn’t clear.
I reposition — not for everyone.
I focus on one iconic piece, not 50 average ones.
I break the pattern — repetition is not a brand.
And I remove constant availability — because value needs scarcity.

The market has changed.
If you don’t evolve, you disappear.

So what’s the real problem — the brand, or the way it thinks?
