A well-know Real Estate and Properties Company in Dubai is in urgent need of a Concierge for their Hotels.
Job Description
- Welcoming customers upon entrance and confirm reservations.
- Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information.
- Understanding customer's needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.
Required Skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with all guests and owners, internal and external, effectively with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to suggest a wide variety of local and statewide attractions for guest entertainment
- Basic mathematical and calculator skills
- Strong follow through skills
