Behind Modestly🤍

What you see on the grid is the finished piece. What you don’t always see are the hours behind it.

The saved references. The fabrics. The colours we go back and forth over. The tiny details we change because something doesn’t feel quite right. The coffee fuelled afternoons spent turning an idea into something we would genuinely want to wear ourselves.

Modestly was never created simply to make abayas. We wanted to create pieces for women who love fashion, femininity and elegance, but want those things to exist alongside modesty not instead of it.

And as we work on what comes next, we’re becoming even more intentional about that.
