Do you feel like you constantly have to “earn” your cheat day?
We’ve all been there. Skipping the slice because we didn’t hit our steps, or feeling guilty mid-bite because we “didn’t work out hard enough.”
Somewhere along the way, we started treating food like a reward system. Train enough, then you can eat. Be good enough, then you deserve it.
