Die besonders weiche
Merinowolle kratzt nicht und stammt von Merinoschafen aus Patagonien
(Südamerika). In dieser subtropischen Grassteppe herrscht ein raues Klima, geprägt von hohen Temperaturunterschieden, Trockenheit und Wind. Die sehr feine und stark gekräuselte Wolle schützt die Schafe vor diesen Wettereinflüssen. Auf riesigen Weiden leben ca. 90 Millionen Schafe auf natürliche Art, ein Teil davon in kontrolliert biologischer Tierhaltung. Genau von diesem Teil kommt die Wolle für unsere Funktionswäsche.

Das in Australien und Neuseeland teilweise angewendete und sehr umstrittene Mulesing, die Beschneidung von Lämmern rund um den Schwanz, um den Befall von Fliegenmaden zu verhindern, ist in Argentinien aufgrund der klimatischen Verhältnisse nicht notwendig und wird auch nicht praktiziert.

Did you know…

… that you don’t need to wash our products before wearing them for the first time?
After the knitting process we wash our fabrics for you to rinse out any excess dye residues and also to remove any knitting oils.

Save water, think ecologically and wash your ENGEL SPORTS products as little as possible. Wool is wonderful, regenerates itself in oxygen-rich air and has antibacterial features.

Schon gewusst?

Es ist nicht nötig, unsere Produkte vor dem ersten Tragen zu waschen. Nach dem Strickprozess waschen wir unsere Stoffe für Euch, um zum Einen überschüssige Farbreste auszuwaschen und zum Anderen um Stricköle und Verschmutzungen zu entfernen.

Wasch deine ENGEL SPORTS Kleidung so wenig wie möglich, das spart nicht nur Wasser, sondern tut auch der Umwelt gut. Wolle hat die wunderbare Angewohnheit, sich an der frischen Luft selbst zu regenerieren und hat zudem antibakterielle Eigenschaften.
