Before you come to our store and try on some dresses – please check our store policies:
Our shop have a specific rules about trying on dresses or having 4 limited dresses for each fitting. But, if you are coming with another 3 to 5 people who would like to try on our dresses (e.g. bridesmaids), we ask you to make an appointment. You can notify us a week before you coming and this appointment can only be made on Monday to Thursday. We do not allow you to come on Friday, Saturday or Sunday because on those days are our busiest times. Ask for help:
Do not hesitate to ask our staff for assistance in selecting dresses, trying them on, or getting measurements. Our professional staff can help you choose your dress, but if you do not think a dress is right for you, do not hesitate to speak up. If you are not sure about a dress and need more time to think about it, you can always come back later. We have only 1 hour policy to hold a dress for you and if you are not coming back we will put the dress back in our rack or we might sell it to other customer. Consider make up, self-tanner and accessories:
Our dresses are made from very delicate materials, and being too rough with them can cause serious damage. Please make sure you handle them with care when you are trying them on. Please remove your accessories (jewelry, shoes, socks) before you try on a dress. It is also best to be honest if you have make up or self-tanner on, as these can leave stains on our dresses. Please come to our shop without make up or self-tanner. Take pictures:
We are not allow anyone to take pictures or post it on social media for some reasons, like security, protect our wholesales intellectual properties and avoiding potential misuse of image for scams or fake profiles. Please ask our permission first if you do need to take photos of yourself in the dress, as it could be disruptive to other customers or staff. We allow only if it will help you to make a final purchase decision. Be open-minded:
Do not dismiss style you initially think you will not like, as you might be surprised by how they look on you. Consider comfort:
