♥Where possible MPD will accommodate the customer to create the desired item.
♥Fabrics will be purchased to match customers request, there will be occasions where fabrics may be unavailable, this is out of our control. Where fabrics become unavailable MPD will
contact the customer to discuss options, or choose the best fit for the design/item
♥All purchases are final.
♥Payment in full required at time of order unless otherwise agreed
♥All handmade items are unique and can have flaws. This just adds to the uniqueness of MPD's products.
♥Shipping and handling charges are dictated by Australia Post.
♥No liability is taken for delays caused by Australia Post.
♥Pick up is permitted from Coomera or Jacobs Well at a time suitable to MPD.
♥All items are checked thoroughly before posting, however there may be the occasional circumstance when you wish to return/exchange an item.
♥ If you wish to exchange an item due to wrong size selection, you may only do so if the size you wish to exchange for is in stock. Original item is to be returned in original condition ~ unworn and with tags intact. You will also need to include a stamped self-addressed envelope or satchel. Please note that original postage charged cannot be refunded in this instance.
♥ If you find a fault with an item, please contact MPD as soon as possible to resolve any issues.
♥ Any orders that are unpaid after 7 days will be cancelled and returned to the store.
♥ On-selling of MPD products permissible, however please use your own images, and please do not profit from it.
