A family trip to Adelaide Botanic Garden yesterday in our wisteria arbour and waterlily pavilion (kinda) matching outfits, with minski bags of course. Pleased to report that the XL purse design fits a book and that my kids are now both taller than me.
The wisteria seemed to be not yet in full bloom, so there's still time if you want to see it.

J came to me for a school formal bag. They had pictures of the dress, shoes and bolero jacket and ideas about colour and vibes. Together we chose the style and size of the bag plus this main fabric (that used to be a jacket) and this base velvet (from an upholsterer for the former Adelaide Holden factory). J wanted to get moths in there somewhere so we put them on the inside!

Today's experiments in printing words to go on a custom bag. I ordered a set of letter stamps but had to improvise in forming the punctuation. All was going well until I lost the 'e' down the sink 😯
