Wolfpack Timeline/Planning for your big Wedding day 👰♀️🤵♂️
1. At any time during trading hours, the Bride/Groom are able to visit our store, look at the suiting options, try some on and have a discussion with our staff about the big day and the potential styling of.
2. If a suitable option was found during your first visit then you would proceed to create a booking for the groom and groomsmen.
This initial fit-out ideally would be done anywhere from 4-9 months out from the wedding.
At this time we would suit the wedding party up with the included Wolfpack components,
these sizes would then be recorded on your file and the suits would be bagged/named and then reserved.
A 30%-50 deposit would be paid at this time.
3. We would then arrange a final fit-out. This is generally done 4-8 weeks out from the wedding.
We understand that Weddings tend to inspire us all to look our very best and body changes can happen along the way so should this have occurred at all along the way, we would simply resize you on the final fit-out.
A discounted tailoring service can be provided for this final fit out to alter the suit to any changes you feel you may need.
At end of 2nd fitout, the tailor will then give you a collection date/cost for your suits. Everyone is to the try them on and should there be any concerns with the alterations you are then to contact the tailor to resolve/rectify.
**alterations are not included in the $1495 Wolfpack price**
4. The above timeframe is simply a guideline, we have done many last minute suit fit-outs for the big day but the above time guideline ensures a smooth process for all involved.
