Christelle Marie Designs Handmade botanical earrings featuring flowers that pressed, dried and encapsulated in resin

A collection of botanical earrings created to capture that capture the spirit of nature. These earrings are all handmade by Christelle in her home studio in Adelaide. The majority of the flowers you see are sourced from her garden or locally and pressed and dried before being encapsulated in the resin. The colours and combinations of flowers and the shapes of the resin pieces are carefully chosen

to create a soft, pretty look in her signature colours and style. Her aesthetic is about simple designs to let the beautiful details of Mother Nature shine through. Christelle’s pieces are designed to make beautiful statement pieces to wear or unique gifts to give

I don’t believe jewellery should sit unworn in a drawer.

When I design a piece, I’m not thinking about a trend that will last a season. I’m thinking about the earrings you’ll reach for on an ordinary Tuesday, the necklace that comes with you on a weekend away, the piece that quietly becomes part of your story.

For me, good jewellery is timeless, wearable, and thoughtfully designed. It’s about choosing pieces you genuinely love and wearing them again and again, rather than constantly chasing what’s next.

In a world that often encourages us to buy more, I believe in buying with intention. Fewer pieces. More meaning. More joy.

Because the most beautiful jewellery isn’t the piece you save for a special occasion, it’s the piece that makes everyday moments feel a little more special.

Buy less. Love it more. Wear it often. That’s the kind of jewellery I want to create.

So much of my inspiration comes from nature.

The colours of wildflowers.
The texture of petals.
Earthy tones found in the Australian landscape.
The softness of golden light through the trees.

I’m constantly noticing the small details, the imperfect shapes, layered textures, muted colours, and quiet calmness that nature carries so effortlessly.

I think that’s why creating with resin and flowers feels so natural to me. Every piece becomes a tiny reflection of the landscapes and moments that inspire me most.

Even across different collections, there’s always a thread connecting them:
a softness,
an earthiness,
and a deep appreciation for the beauty found in nature.

I want my jewellery to feel grounding. Like carrying a small piece of nature with you wherever you go.

There’s something different about owning something handmade.

Maybe it’s knowing that someone carefully created it with their own two hands.
Maybe it’s the intention behind every detail.
Or maybe it’s simply the feeling of wearing something that doesn’t feel mass-produced or trend-chased.

I think handmade pieces carry a different kind of energy.
They feel more personal.
More thoughtful.
More connected.

In a world of fast trends, I love the idea of creating jewellery that feels individual, pieces that become part of your story rather than just a passing moment in fashion.

And every time you choose handmade, you’re also choosing to support an artist, a dream, and a slower, more meaningful way of creating.

Are you someone who prefers unique pieces over trend pieces?

I care just as much about how a piece feels as how it looks.

Because jewellery isn’t always about being the loudest piece in the room. Sometimes it’s about the quiet confidence you feel when you wear it. The way it softens you. Grounds you. Connects you back to nature, to femininity, to yourself.

When I create pieces for Christelle Marie Designs, I’m not just thinking about colour or shape. I’m thinking about feeling.

I want my jewellery to feel quietly special, like something you reach for not just because it’s beautiful, but because of who you become when you wear it.

One of my favourite things about market days is seeing someone find their perfect match.

They'll browse a few, pick one up, then put it back… only to return to it again.

There's always that special moment when you know they've found the one.

It's never just a purchase.

It's about making a connection.

And that's what makes handmade items so unique.

Have you ever experienced that “this is the one” moment at a market?

When you don’t know what to buy someone, this is why handmade matters.

Gifting can feel hard when you want it to actually mean something.

That’s why I love handmade pieces. They feel thoughtful. Personal. Like you didn’t just grab something last minute.

Whether it’s for a birthday, a thank you, or “just because”it becomes more than a gift… it becomes something they keep and treasure.

Are you a last-minute gift buyer or someone who plans ahead?

For the women who notice the little things.

The ones who pause at my market stall…
not just to look, but to feel.

You run your fingers over each piece,
tilt them towards the light,
take your time.

You notice the details.
The softness. The intention behind them.

You’re not just choosing jewellery,
you’re choosing something that feels like you.

And I always notice you, too.

Christelle Marie Designs was created with you in mind

For those who find magic in nature

The ones who pause to notice the way light filters through the trees…

who collect moments like pressed flowers…

who feel something deeper when they’re surrounded by the quiet beauty of the natural world.

This is for you.

A little reminder that magic isn’t something you have to chase it’s already here, in the details, waiting to be noticed

Are you someone who finds magic in nature?
