I promise I have been making!!! 😂 this is me trialing the for our trip to Japan! I love the size, but I made it with “pleather” from a skirt that was too small and there is splitting along all the main edges so I might need to salvage what I can from this one and try a canvas or denim? The straps from Kylie and the Machine are the PERFECT weight.

It’s finished! Sewing for my new niece!! The top is made from 100% recycled materials (tops etc.) and all 100% merino knits. The insides and what will be the back are all leftovers from previous projects. For my incredibly ethically responsible in-laws, of whom I am especially fond.

Today’s make is small but powerful. This little fella is a chick of the Kimochi “Lovey dove”. Our school uses Kimochis to teach emotional intelligence and self regulation, and this particular Lovey Dove chick may have been loved a little too much and went home with a child. I’m so glad that the PC worker knew she could ask it of me to help!
