Our lovely team member Rae rugs up for the cooler weather in Minä Perhonen, wearing the incredibly intricate Happy Bloom coat. The coat is crafted from velvet, woven with a long-fibre cotton yarn and embroidered all over with dense, overlapping flower petals.

My take on war is a lot different as I grow older and sadly I see the past as the un necessary waste of our brightest and best youth in ww1 This is playing out in our leaders of today. Young men marched off to war for king and county in far off lands to die or return broken men in body and spirit. I pray this never ever happens again to our youth, sadly it is in many far away places, war is money hence the phrase “Old men make war, young men fight & die” All we can do is to never forget the ultimate sacrifice they made. 🇦🇺

Just landed! Introducing the first instalment of the Autumn Winter collection: “From the Faraway, Nearby”. This AW26 collection is a study in balance light and shadow, strength and softness. An ode to enduring design. By Metta draws inspiration from the enduring vision of iconic artist Georgia O’Keeffe—her reverence for landscape, restraint, and devotion to nature. This first drop is now online and in stores. We will be closed for Anzac day tomorrow but open at Albert Park on Monday.
