When one of our trucks began clearing its Diesel Particulate Filter inside the factory, filling the space with diesel fumes, Phil was the one who noticed first. He wasted no time alerting the driver to move the truck out, then flagged it with management, a call that's led to a new rule keeping drivers from parking inside the warehouse altogether.
