Some days it’s chaotic, other days it’s rewarding, and most days it’s a little bit of both.

I wear many hats …
🥰 Mum
🐾 (not just TWO humans, but several pets!)
👑 Business Owner
👶 Baby Sensory Class Leader
💻 Administration queen
📦 Equipment packer
📱 Social media manager/content creator
❤️ wife, daughter, sister, friend and EVERYTHING in between!

Small business ownership is so much more than what you see on the surface, every “hat” is part of the journey, but I wouldn’t change it.

My baby is *too busy*… they won’t sit still for class!

We hear you! But here’s the thing, your baby really doesn’t have to sit still to enjoy or benefit at Baby Sensory!

Our 7 to 13 month classes are made for little movers, crawlers and curious explorers. Babies are welcome to move, explore, reach, crawl, dance or wander around all while they enjoy the activities we offer.

There’s no need to “wrestle” them to sit still on a mat. They can join in however they like.

If you’ve got a “busy” baby who loves to explore, we’d love to welcome you to one of the following classes in Term 4!

🎓TERM 3 BABY SENSORY GRADUATES! 🎓

One of my favourite things about Baby Sensory is getting to watch babies grow and reach new milestones.

From those first classes where they were tiny, sleepy and taking everything in, to their final class, where they’re reaching, exploring, moving, laughing and joining in more independently 💛

Thank you to all the families who have tagged us in your photos and shared your Baby Sensory memories. I couldn’t resist putting some of them together!

As we head into our final week of Term 3, we’re feeling all the feels as some of our beautiful little Baby Sensory babies get ready to graduate. 🎓🥹

We’d love you to take a little trip down memory lane…

🇬🇧 We’re bringing a taste of ‘British’ culture to Baby Sensory Rockingham for our final week of Term 3! ❤️🤍💙

Our little explorers will be experience life across the pond through music and sights.

Will we see the Trooping the colour? Highly likely 👀

Will there be a spot of rain? Most definitely ☔️

Will we hear some much-loved British favourites? Absolutely🎶

I guarantee bubbles, flag waving, balloons and little red, white and blue magic! 🫧

At Baby Sensory, every theme is an opportunity to explore, discover and experience something new together. 💕

Thank you to all of you who have already secured a place for Term 4. We’ve had a HUGE influx of bookings this week, and Term 4 is filling up quickly! 🥰

✨ One class is already SOLD OUT
✨ Most classes are now over half full
✨ Spaces are continuing to disappear each day!

There’s still a few weeks before Term 4 begins, but if you have your heart set on a particular class, don’t leave it too late! 💛

From watching, to joining in, to doing it all by themselves.

One of the most beautiful things about your baby's first year is watching them go from needing our help to discovering "I can do it!"

In the first video, this Mum is gently helping her baby bring two blocks together at midline. We do not expect baby to do it independently yet. Instead they are being given the opportunity to experience the movement, explore what their hands can do and begin to make those connections.

And then, with time and practise we see an older baby doing the very same activity but INDEPENDENTLY, all by themselves.

That moment might look simple, but so much has happened along the way.

Co-ordination has developed.
Body awareness has grown.
Confidence has increased.

This is why we love giving babies opportunities to watch, explore, practise and participate but without rushing them to the next stage.

Sometimes the biggest progress comes from the smallest moments.

From "I'II help you" to "look what I can do!"
