In case you have been wondering what Lisa & Gary Valentine from Unearthed have been up to since closing the doors of UNEARTHED BERWICK due to the pandemic and those pesty railway/roadworks here is an update .....
Although we had already started our adventure of developing Murray Sound Estate Cohuna with two other couples before Unearthed was even in the pipeline, our aim to move up here was never set in stone until the pandemic hit and Country Lifestyle Living was all of a sudden so much more appealing.
I was devasted to have to shut down our gorgeous space that we had created that was never "just" an everyday retail shop but a place where people could come to chill, relax, chat if they wanted or to just zone out and listen to our music if that is how they liked to shop.
With everything and just about anything available at Unearthed, new or recycled or big or small we prided ourselves on being something different from the rest and are extremely proud of what we had created.
We have been wanting to start another Unearthed space up here in Cohuna but at this stage we have not as yet found the perfect space to pull it off or the time.
There has been a lot going on since leaving Berwick, we have not only finished developing the land but have also built our dream home at Murray Sound (stay tuned I will give you a sneak peak of our vision shortly).
There has sadly also been family medical issues and loss since our move which slowed me down in particular, but we are hoping that things are settling down some what and that Unearthed will soon be up and running again in the near future in some way, shape or form so stay tuned for our next chapter.
