Bringing to life our passion for fashion inspired, eco-friendly style through unisex sleepwear has been one of the hardest and yet most rewarding things we have done.
What started as a response to redundancy from corporate life and the absence of any sleepwear we would actually be proud to wear, quickly exceeded all our expectations.
Our first range sold so well that we went back to the factory to have more made in response to demand from our amazing customers. We were on a high and could hardly believe how well we were doing on a shoestring marketing budget. We poured everything we had financially into developing quality products and focused all our energy on providing great customer service.
And so, coming into the summer 21 season we were confident of continued success. Too confident as it turns out.
We took a huge gamble and loaded up on a lot of stock, confident that if we partnered with a professional marketing agency, we’d see even greater success.
How wrong we were.
Despite creating incredible product with our Summer Sundays collection, it just didn’t sell. We pushed and pushed; spent tens of thousands on marketing and yet hardly sold a thing.
We’ve certainly learnt a lot of painful lessons about business, marketing and sustainability.
And so it is with great regret and sadness that we must shut things down. It simply isn’t sustainable for us to continue and we need to cut our losses.
We will keep our website up and running for now as we still have a heap of sleep sets available to purchase at incredibly reduced prices, and we will fulfil orders with the same love and commitment to customer service as we always have.
We won’t be bringing anything new to the site and we won’t be advertising on socials.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us and sent us amazing feedback about our pjs along the way. You really mean the world to us and we sincerely hope that one day, we can bring you more of the styles you love.
