⚡️ The Nelly Crochet Dress ⚡️ Is another idea that’s been floating around my head for sometime.

This was my 1st experiment and I absolutely love how it turned out. I thought crocheting the collar was going to be more tricky than it was but it worked up perfectly 🥰

I used left over cotton yarn from my stash, so for my next dress I will plan the colour combos even better 👌

⚡️ Something I’ve been working on ⚡️ I designed this cute little bird stencil to make a repeat pattern.

I used decolorizer to paint on to the navy fabric - and OMG that stuff stinks! 😷 Has anyone ever tried it? The effect is great but I won’t ever use it again because of the god awful stink.

The decolorizer works via heat setting. I then used the eraser on the back of a pencil to stamp the little black eyes and I carved a tiny beak from a sponge brush.

I absolutely adore the finished print and i will definitely be doing another version and i think i will be block printing next time 🥰

I’m looking forward to showing you the next one. What do ya think?

I’ve had a huge studio clear out, and I’ve uploaded all the samples and seconds to my website. There are lots of dresses and a few tops. Starting from $30-$60 each, including free postage.

Some pieces have just been worn for photos or have been made with the last of the fabric. Some have some slight pattern defects that are clearly indicated. Most are samples of new things to come. There are lots of crazy one of a Kind pieces also!
