All refunds in the exact last 12 months - 28 October 2024 -> Now - have been refunded, our system will not allow us to refund any further back to that date, so if you would like your refund please see in store with receipt and gift card. These may take a few days to process so your patience is appreciated.
We are so sorry if you purchased a gift card prior to 28/10/2024 our system physically will not allow us to access those records to offer refunds. All other gift cards will be disabled as of Friday 31st October.
