The biggest mistake I made when starting Tedā€™s Threads?

I launched with no launch.

No buildā€‘up.
No warm audience.
No hype.
I just bought the business name, made the socials, ordered stock and started postingā€¦ hoping people would magically find me.

And honestly? It cost me.

Slow sales. Money tied up in pieces I loved but no one knew about. And months of wondering if Iā€™d made a huge mistake.

What Iā€™ve learned since then is this:
A launch isnā€™t a date. Itā€™s a journey you take your audience on.
Now I warm my community before every drop ā€” sharing the story, the why, the behindā€‘theā€‘scenes, the fabrics, the processā€¦ all the things I wish Iā€™d done from day one.

Because people donā€™t just buy a product. They buy into the story behind it.
