Important information

After using royal mail since 2017 I have decided to switch to a courier service.

Since covid and the Royal mail strikes I have had lots of issues with royal mail. Delivery attempts and no red card left. First class taking 3/4 days instead of the nor.al 1/2 days.

There prices have increased enormously and I haven't increased postage charges since 2017.

I don't want to charge more and looking at courier services they are reasonably priced and also more reliable and all parcels ate fully tracked not just proof of postage.

Any courier recommendations would be great.
