What’s on your sewing table this weekend? I’m thinking of a sweet bralette in our Marshmallow Bra kit. My TNT bralette pattern is the by the talented . I have converted it to a non stretch which works so much better for me and provides the support I need for my larger cup size. Have loved checking out everyone’s TNT patterns this , it’s always my favourite day of the month.

My favourite made of all time. The gorgeous silver green of the Suva kit is perfection, such a gorgeous tone but still subtle enough to wear under just about anything. This bra has just about been worn to death, perfect excuse to pull another Suva kit off the shelf for myself. To cleanse my palate after all the red of the Santarita kit🤣 Back to (non boring) neutrals with the Bendigo Bra kit. Continuing to play with my mashup of the frame and the cups. I’ve just about gotten this bra to my “perfect fit “! I love the fit of the Grace cups with a little more projection from the Cambia frame. Does anyone else mix and match their favourite parts of bra patterns? This is something I always do with my outerwear patterns but this is the first time I’ve tried it with bras. Yay for weekends spent sewing!! Really happy with how this bra came out, as per my last post this is a combination of 2 of my favourites. and the . I rarely make anything in red but I am now thinking that might change…. Did you get any sewing done this weekend?

I had so much fun working on a new bra today using the new Santarita Bra kit! More photos to come, good lighting for photos fades so early here in wintery Brisbane. This is a mashup of my two favourite patterns, the by the amazing and the by the fabulous . I used the frame, bridge and band of the Cambia and the cups from the Grace and I LOVE the results, it looks fabulous, the support is awesome and the comfort is next level. I will be making lots more of these! What’s on your sewing table this weekend?

Are you joining the Sewing 🐝 this year? If you are still on the fence I really encourage you to jump in. I gained so much from this event last year but nothing compared to the absolute joy I got from connecting with our amazing community! It’s amazing to spend time chatting (in virtual space) with others who are as passionate about lingerie sewing as I am. It was a buzz 🤣

I’m lining up kits ready for after The International Bra Sewing Bee 🐝 🐝 🐝. I got so much inspiration from this event last year. One of the kits I’m saving is this Plum Forest Bra Kit so much. The watercolour print satin is one of my favourite fabrics ever, the colours are such rich tones and yet the overall effect is subtle and warm. Following on from a recent run of neutral bra makes I’m working on ideas for a firey red Santarita kit make. Haven’t decided on a pattern yet but I know I want something special for this gorgeous lace. Even though my lingerie drawer is almost overflowing I only have one other red bra, not for long though… what’s your favourite special pattern, hit me up with ideas!
