Another beautiful bride we recently helped.

Last year we cleaned Nicole's gown as it was a sample gown.

We recently went into the W Brisbane to steam the gown and veil. (Wow what a hotel, first time in there and love it)

After the wedding we cleaned the gown and veil and packed it into a window box for safe keeping.

What an absolute beautiful couple these two are, we wish you both all the best for your future together.

Mobile Steaming Service

We can only take so many of these appointments due to the amount of cleaning we do.

If you are needing to book a steaming service for your bridal attire, Contact Margaret at Crease Free but be quick because she books out also fast.

If she is booked out for your date, let me know and i will see if I have the date available.
I only have so many dates available for this service. We have been able to help with short notice but doesn't happen all the time.

Wedding gown preservation does not guarantee that your dress will never yellow, but it can significantly slow down and reduce the risk of yellowing.
Why gowns yellow in the first place

Yellowing happens over time due to:

Oxidation (natural aging of fibers)
Exposure to light, heat, and humidity

Even with professional preservation:

Fabrics (especially silk) are organic and can still age
Over many decades, slight yellowing can still occur

Tips:
Store the preserved box in a cool, dark, dry place
Avoid attics, garages, or humid areas

Bottom line: Preservation is the best way to protect your gown—but it reduces risk, not eliminates it completely.

A little off Topic but had to share. 1 year ago today John and myself became grandparents for the first time. I can not believe how fast those 12months have gone by.

Today we celebrated Majentas first birthday and to say she enjoyed her cake was an understatement 😋 especially her smash cake.

We cant thank Delish Cakes by Tracey enough for the amazing job on the cakes like she always does. The best Cakes I have had yet.

If you are looking for a wedding, birthday or any occasion cake definitely don't go past Tracey.
