Popping in with a little bump + life update.

I’m currently in my final few weeks of wrapping up orders before I close Lazy Girl Lingerie for maternity leave at the end of the month - and getting very excited (and a little emotional 🥹) about meeting our baby boy 💙

I also recently sat down with a business mentor and started mapping out a big plan for Lazy Girl’s return in 2027… and let’s just say, I’m coming back with BIG energy.

For now, I’m looking forward to slowing down, soaking up the newborn bubble, getting to know our little guy and embracing this next season of life.

And then… we’ll get back to making beautiful things, celebrating bodies in all their seasons and building something even bigger and better ✨

Before I became a mum, body positivity was something I believed in. After becoming a mum, it became something I had to practise every single day.

My body changed forever, and I had to give myself the same compassion I'd always encouraged my Lazy Girls to have.

All bodies are good bodies. Including mine.

Then I look at her.

The tiny hands that reach for mine. The laughter that fills our home. The little girl who is watching how I speak about myself.

She doesn't see stretch marks or softness. She doesn't see flaws. She just sees her mum.
And one day, the way I speak about my body may become the way she speaks about hers.

So I'm choosing gratitude over criticism.
This body created life. It nourished life. It comforts, cuddles, chases, creates and loves every single day.

To every mum reading this: your body isn't something to apologise for. It's the home that grew someone's whole world.
