If your heel lifts out the back the second you take a step, you don’t need a smaller size or thicker socks. You just need to lace smarter.

This one’s called lock lacing, and it does exactly what it sounds like.. it locks your heel in so it can’t slip.

Here’s the move:
👟 Lace up as normal until you reach the top set of eyelets
👟 Thread each lace end through the top eyelet on its own side, creating a loop
👟 Cross the laces over and feed each one through the opposite loop
👟 Pull tight and tie off like you usually would

Brilliant if you’ve got:
✨ A narrow heel that slips no matter how tight you lace
✨ Blisters from your heel rubbing on the back of the shoe
✨ Shoes that fit everywhere except right at the ankle

Two minutes, zero dollars, and your heel finally stays put.. all without squeezing the front of your foot. You’re welcome 😌
