Honestly? Sometimes it kinda does.

Not because crystals magically erase chronic illness, ADHD, hospital visits or the chaos of running a small business… but because creating something beautiful gives my brain a moment of peace.🫶

On the hard days, when my body says “absolutely not,” I’ll still find myself reaching for crystal beads, wrapping necklaces or making bracelets. It’s therapy with a side of sparkle.

If you live with chronic illness, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, or you’re just trying to keep all the plates spinning… you’ll know those tiny little things that get you through the day matter more than people realise.
