I flew from Brisbane to Melbourne for just one night to attend , as Mira Threads was proud to be one of the event sponsors. ✈️🩵
From the moment I walked in, it was clear there was something very special happening here. ✨
Having previously been a professional Latin dancer for more than 20 years, I’ve attended countless competitions and events over the years, and this one hit differently.
While I wish I could have stayed and played for the entire weekend, I’ve been delighted beyond words to see the photos, videos, and tags from dancers who won our awards or received Mira Threads vouchers. 🥇🎉

From the MCs, artists, stage runners and door staff, to the room setup, event theming and overall atmosphere, every detail felt thoughtfully considered and delivered with care. ✨👏
As someone who has not been involved in the burley community, I walked away feeling inspired, welcomed, and genuinely proud to have been part of such an incredible event. 💃🫶✨
