As a mum, I used to think EVERYTHING could just be thrown into the wash and dryer without a second thought 😅

But sports bras for growing girls are different.

The 2 biggest mistakes?

❌ Throwing them directly into the washing machine without a wash bag
❌ Putting them into the dryer

Heat and rough washing can damage the stretch, shape, and support much faster, especially for girls wearing them weekly for school sport, dance, cheer, gymnastics, athletics, or netball.
