How often do we stay silent to avoid discomfort? It might feel to vulnerable, confronting or demanding to say

Love isn’t something we just give or receive. It’s something we nurture, a connection that grows when we first cultivate it within ourselves. True love starts from within. The more we love ourselves, the deeper our love for others can be.

Macaranga is the pure essence we use when low self-worth and self-love are recognised. Often deeply entrenched, lack of self-worth and self-love form the lens through which we relate not only to our intimate relationships, but to the wider world.
