A huge congratulations to Ingarlgalandij Art and Culture Hub on their opening event! A massive effort by the team and their community all coming together to make it happen!

We were very proud to support the team to deliver the first Bardi Runway on Country. Five collections created over the last five years, including an incredible hand printed collection developed by women from Djaridjin and Ardyaloon with Nangarri Designs art by Rowena Morgan in workshops a fortnight ago!

We look forward to many more art and fashion events at the Hub

KAFTA would like to extend our sincere thanks to the team at Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) and the Tackling Indigenous Smoking Health Promotions Team for their generous sponsorship and support of KAFTA 2026.

Your commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people and communities goes far beyond healthcare. By supporting events such as KAFTA, you are helping create opportunities that celebrate culture, strengthen community connections, promote positive role models, and showcase Aboriginal excellence.

KAFTA is proud to provide a platform where designers, artists, models, and creatives can share their stories and culture through fashion, textiles, and art. This would not be possible without the support of organisations that believe in the power of community-led initiatives.

Thank you to BRAMS and the Tackling Indigenous Smoking Health Promotions Team for investing in our people, our culture, and our future.

We are incredibly grateful for your partnership and support.
