The first handover dress of the year needed adjustments to achieve a perfect fit, involving taking in the bust area to refine the curve, removing and replacing the boning , and applying the same process to the sides. Additionally, the outer layer's lace was taken off and reattached after alterations, with particular attention to the hem where lace replacement was crucial to maintain the dress's aesthetic.
