🌿 BELONGING

There’s something about the Australian landscape that makes us feel connected.

Belonging is inspired by our wildflowers and bushland, with an abstract landscape feel and a hand painted w***y wagtail bird taking centre stage.

✨ HOPE

A little piece of positivity for your walls. ✨

What happens after the painting is finished? ✨

There’s still a lot to do before a collection is ready to share. Today I signed, varnished, reframed, named and photographed my new ‘Ancient Lands’ collection.

And there was only one place to photograph it.

Outside, on the ancient land that inspired it. 🌿

While I was out there, I was also lucky enough to discover something we have never seen before, a beautiful female flightless wood moth. Huge, almost otherworldly, with colouring that seemed to shift from grey to purple to blue. Anyone else seen one before?

A little reminder that the land is always full of surprises.

Ancient Lands is about the stories held by the land, its strength, resilience and the beauty that remains through time. Coming soon. 🤍
