Some big and exciting news..
I am thrilled to share with you all this week I have been appointed the dream role of Program Leader of Fashion & Sustainability at Collarts.
Some of you may not know this, but behind the scenes of running my small design and manufacturing business over the past 9 years, I have been working in Higher Education for most of those years as casual lecturer. I have always been extremely passionate about supporting my local industry by sharing knowledge, resources and skills in order to shape a more positive future fashion industry.
This new responsibility consequently means that moving forward, I will be only able to take on a select amount of client work at Meg Parry Studio due to the amount of time that will be left in my working week.
Thank you to all those wonderful people who have supported me so far on this journey, who have trusted in the process and in me, at my one-woman run business.
I look forward to this pivotal next chapter with , where our wonderful students are paving the way, becoming an absolute force as our change makers in the creative industries.
I will be sharing with you many more meaningful projects in the near and far future. Watch this space!
