You can’t pay your rent in exposure, but you also can’t build a creative community without contributing time, ideas and skills. Unless you’re being bankrolled.

We don’t pretend to have all the answers, and we also appreciate the privilege of being able to have the space to work creatively in the first place, but we think we need to talk more about the realities of creative practice in this current landscape.
