Spring may still be around the corner, but allergy season can creep up on you if you're not prepared.

For many people, increased pollen levels can lead to itchy, watery and irritated eyes.

A few simple habits can help minimise symptoms:

➡️ Wear sunglasses or glasses outdoors to help reduce pollen exposure
➡️ Wash your hands regularly and use lubricating eye drops if recommended by your optometrist
➡️ Avoid rubbing your eyes if they become irritated, as this may worsen symptoms
