We're also excited to be hosting a local high school student for work experience during the week. She'll be learning all about the bridal industry, customer service, and what goes on behind the scenes at Brooklyn Rae Designs, and we can't wait to have her as part of the team!

Don't forget we have pre-order dresses on sale on our website. They will be perfect for wedding guests, races, pop up polo, date night or a girls night out!

Brooklyn Rae Designs is expanding, and we're looking for a talented Experienced Bridal Seamstress to join our growing bridal boutique.

This role will commence as a Casual Contract Position, with work increasing as our bridal alterations continue to grow. For the right applicant, this role has the opportunity to transition into a permanent position with increased hours as the business continues to expand.

We're looking for someone who:
🤍 Has experience in bridal and formalwear alterations
🤍 Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship
🤍 Is organised and able to work efficiently to meet deadlines
🤍 Can confidently conduct alteration fittings with clients
🤍 Is comfortable managing appointments and fitting schedules
🤍 Can create invoices (or is willing to learn our simple system)
🤍 Is available for occasional after-hours appointments to accommodate our customers
🤍 Has exceptional customer service skills and enjoys working one-on-one with clients

Just a small reminder to those who book on- if you do not show you will be charged a $20 no show fee. A no show is considered 20 mins after booking time.

As we are appointment only I only open when requested. I do live out of town not to mention we are school holidays as well so appointment times are really important ones. It takes away other peoples ability to make their appointments and it causes us to lose out with babysitting fees to ensure we arrive on time for your appointment.

If you call and leave no messages we will not call back. We have no numbers saved so do not know who is calling. We do not return calls as we receive many spam calls a day. Leave a text or voice message or reach out to our page at the earliest convenience to cancel your appointment to avoid a no show fee.

This week alone we have had 5 appointments no show.

We hope you can appreciate our time the same way we appreciate yours.
