So things have been a little quiet at Frank Albert during Covid. Everyone is muddling through the best way they can.
We are grateful for the ongoing support from some of our most loyal and long time friends. But it’s a hard slog some days to keep it going.

September is Su***de Prevention Month. A very scary word with a lot of weight. That’s why also recognising R U OK Day can make a big impact in someone’s life.
Yesterday was R U OK Day, and at Frank Albert we believe this day is the important stepping stone to recognising checking up on your mates any and every day. Mental health is suffered by many but it’s not a battle we fight alone.
All of us behind FA hope you’re doing OK! Don’t be afraid to ask your friends if they are OK and more importantly, don’t be afraid to answer. ❤️💪🏼⚓️
